We are rebuilding the photo history of finished jobs from real crews' camera rolls and putting the results in front of the people who shot them. If it does not make a tradesperson say "I want that," we change it until it does.

FAQ

Can I use it today?
Not yet. BuildRewind is in active development, and we are validating it with real crews before we ship anything. Early access means you see it first and your feedback shapes it. We would rather tell you that plainly than sell you vapor.
What happens to the job photos already on my phone?
They are the starting point. You hand over the pile, we organize it into jobs, days, and rooms, and you confirm or correct in a couple of taps per batch, never photo by photo. Your originals stay untouched and stay yours.
Do I need new hardware or beacons or anything?
No. The phone in your pocket is the hardware, including the old one. Anything that requires you to set up devices on site has already failed our simplicity test.
How is this different from CompanyCam?
CompanyCam is a solid tool for team photo feeds, and it knows which address a photo came from. It does not know the room or the wall, and it cannot rewind a finished space through its build layers. That time axis, the history of the building itself, is the entire reason BuildRewind exists.
What will it cost?
Undecided, and early access input will shape it. What we can promise: pricing that makes sense for a two-person crew, not just a company with an office.
Who owns the photos and who can see them?
You own your photos, full stop. Sharing is your call, per job. We are designing the record so it is useful to you in a dispute, which only works if it is yours.
